Sites X Bureau Rethinking the Agency Model
The "Silent" Revenue Killer In our analysis of the small business landscape, we found a disturbing trend. Local businesses—bakeries, law firms, and contractors—are losing customers silently. They rely on DIY builders or outdated themes that look "good enough" but fail to convert traffic into revenue. A slow loading speed or a broken contact form doesn't just annoy a user; it sends them to a competitor.
We believe a website shouldn't be a static brochure; it must be a revenue engine. This is the hypothesis driving our latest internal project, codenamed "Sites." We are rejecting the cookie-cutter "component" approach. Instead, we are building a model where every website is custom-tailored to the specific needs of that business, ensuring it doesn't just exist, but actively sells.
"We are launching in the Midwest with a simple promise: We don't just build websites. We manage your digital growth so you never lose a customer silently."
"Sites" is currently in development as a dedicated subscription service. Unlike mass-market builders, we are not automating the design; we are automating the management.
Our team acts as a fractional digital department for each client. We manually customize the user journey to match the business’s unique goals—whether that’s booking appointments or selling products. Then, we take over the burden of ownership: managing security, updates, and optimizations for a flat monthly fee.
The "Real Data" Dashboard & Midwest Launch
We are also engineering a proprietary Customer Data Dashboard designed for business owners, not data scientists. Most analytics tools are cluttered and confusing. Ours will show what matters: "How many calls did I get?" "Who requested a quote?" and "What is my conversion rate?"
We are preparing to pilot "Sites" in the Heartland. We will begin our rollout exclusively in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. We believe the Midwest deserves Silicon Valley-grade technology backed by local understanding. We are currently inviting a small group of beta testers from these states to help us refine the platform.
